It's a ficticial secret foundation with the mission of Secure supernatural stuff/creatures, Contain them and Protect the world of their possible threats.

Spc-X is the codename designated to one of the almost 2000 creature/object they have got or known at. Everyone is unique, and it can be 'good', kind of neutral or hostile.

There is a classification.. Safe are these that doesn't are big deal because foundation secured and contained them.

Euclid are unpredictable things that don't are a threat if you don't "stimulate" them.

And Keter which are hostile ones... They see you... They kill you
